These terms cover using this website. They are not the programme agreement. If you enrol in Remote Freedom Academy you will be sent the full Terms of Use to read and sign first — that document, not this page, governs the programme itself.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by The Remote Dad Project LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), which owns and runs Remote Freedom Academy. Shaun Bounds is the coach.

2. Using this site

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or redistribute its content, or use it in connection with selling anything, without our written permission.

3. This site is information, not advice

Everything here is for general information and education. It is not legal, financial, accounting or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for speaking to a professional about your own situation. Shaun Bounds is a coach.

We try to keep the site accurate and current, and we do not promise that all of it is accurate or free of errors at all times.

4. No claims about results

Any testimonials, examples or figures on this site are exactly that: examples. They are not a promise that you will get the same result. Everyone’s circumstances are different.

We make no assurance of any particular financial outcome, and we are not responsible for the success or failure of your business, your income, or any other result of any kind.

5. Joining the list

When you join the list we ask for your first name, email address and phone number so we can send you the 90-Day Exit Plan, follow up about the programme, and reach you about a call you have booked.

Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can stop hearing from us at any time by using it or by replying and asking. What we do with your details is set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Booking a call

Calls are booked through Calendly, which is a separate company with its own terms and privacy policy. Booking a call costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

7. Enrolling in the programme

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and nothing here enrols you in anything. Places are offered after a call. If you decide to go ahead you will be sent the full Terms of Use — which set out the fee, the payment terms, the refund position and the completion guarantee — to read and sign before you are enrolled.

Payment is taken by a third-party processor (Kajabi, Stripe or PayPal, depending on the method you choose). Those companies have their own privacy policies and security practices, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Our material

Remote Freedom Academy and its content — including the 90-Day Exit Plan and the programme materials — are the intellectual property of The Remote Dad Project LLC. You may not distribute, copy, forward or share them.

9. Availability, and links to other sites

We do not promise the site will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content.

10. Liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent the law allows, The Remote Dad Project LLC is not liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and the version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and any action arising from them is to be brought in Maryland, County of Wicomico.
